Color / Motiff : Purple / Pink / Silver / Black
This is the perfect theme for her since Janelle loves to sing. I also super love this theme kasi I myself would love to be dressed up as a popstar and having joined several singing contests and have performed in several small concerts / shows, this is so perfect…. :-)
Venue : Max’s Restaurant – Scout Tuazon Branch

Had a really hard time scouting for venue near the area of their school. So I decided nalang to held it in a restaurant with the space as my consideration (coz’ most of the fastfood resto ang liliit ng party place) and a resto with buffet serving.
Max’s in Sct Tuazon is the only Max’s (I think) that allows buffet serving. Their Ruby B is spacious enough for my 140 guests. It has an elevated stage area just the way I imagined my stage would be, di masyadong mataas, tama lang na 1 step higher lang.
For the adults - we had Max’s Chicken, Nuts, Corn Soup (which I love), Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, Beef tips, Pancit Canton, Buko Pandan (Menu B) and for the Kids – we had Package B din (chicken, spaghetti, hotdog, juice, ice cream). The food is okei as expected from Max’s. Daming waiters na nag aassist and mabilis naman.
I also asked na ilagay nalang yung 3 pink swags for free since I didn’t get their party package na may balloons set up, so that’s a plus factor.
My negative comments :
- They need na mag renovate ng mga function rooms, first yung flooring nila medyo halatang luma and biyak biyak ‘tho di naman pansanin pero if you will take a closer look, dapat ng palitan.
- Need to update nadin nila yung tables and chairs. My AE failed to instruct their staff na magprepare ng chair pads, so ayun walang white chair pad sa mga chairs ko kaya kitang kita yung mga gulanit na foam, and pati yung mga chairs luma na and tarnished na yung paint. Buti nalang I had these chair ribbons which I provided para matakpan yung mga paint ng chair and mag mukang okei yung chair. They gave me 2 pitchers of iced tea for free for this error and free na yung 500 na electricity charge for my projector and fog machine. Di naman masyadong halata din kasi nasa ceiling ang mga decors ko kaya dun napupunta ang attention ng mga guests rather than the flooring and chairs.

I love my invites! A little tweaking here and there ng kanilang graphic artist 1 hour nakuha ko na invites ko. Di naman matagal mag antay kasi you can do your shopping while waiting.

I have a very limited budget for this. I wanted sana mga styro backdrop pa pero di na kaya ng powers ko, but Jacque added beaded curtains together with the balloons décor so I have a nice set-up. As expected, she delivered.

Since I will be having a popstar theme, so a magician / clown would be inappropriate. I asked Jacque to get a host who can be like Hannah Montana, as simple as that! She delivered well naman and the kids love her.

For Janelles party I designed a kiddie stool in a star shaped design. My guests super loved it, mapa kids and adults. It’s really a big hit! It’s something unique and something useful. And best of all madaling mag customize based on your theme.
Love your own! So I will not rate myself. This has been my sideline for 3 years na. I have a tita whose into wooden products in our province in Pakil. When I saw the market potential, I already came up with a multiply site to market it here in Manila at a factory price.

Another big hit! Super love ko ito. Sobrang galing nung hairdresser. I didn’t get her name pero she was really good. Sabi ng mga parents, natulog daw ang mga kids ng hindi tinatanggal ang ayos ng hair, coz the kids loved it! May ibang moms pa nga na nag paayos din after maayusan mga kids…

I love their lay-outs! Madaling kausap yung AE ko dito. I got their 2hour package at 6,800 which includes 2 hours unlimited with stop time. Free use of fog or bubble machine, project with screen.

Hubby dressed up as a VIP Security while a cousin of mine dressed up as Paparazzi to complement our theme. I had a hard time sourcing for this shirts, so I decided to have it customized. Medyo it took time nga lang to get your orders so I suggest to place your orders at least a month before your event. The price is really reasonable (read as mura talaga) and really good quality tshirts and prints.

We are impressed with his works. We got his basic package (unli service, 1 location and with free 25 prints), we also availed his pre-event package which we shoot in October when we celebrated my birthday at Discovery Suites. Super talented young and good looking man.
