DIY Project made from Photoshop. Medyo first time lang pero pwede na.

VENUE / CATERER : VILLA SOMEROS, Pakil, Laguna

In a small town such as Pakil, medyo high end na itong reception hall na ito. It’s a resort, bar, hotel and restaurant. Saturday night palang may mga guests na kaming natulog dito. Got the package at 250 /head for 100 pax. We had (1) carbonara (2)  beef in oyster sauce (3) Hawaiian pork (4) corn and carrots (5)  fried chicken (6) green salad with thousand island dressing  (7) calamares and (8) buco pandan and fresh fruits for dessert. We also had Lechon from E&R, another local supplier.

Upon entering the gate kitang kita na yung 2 tarpaulin that we placed above theballoon arch sa entrance door. It’s a 2×3 ft na tarpauline which luckily I got it for 30 pesos per sqft lang.

BALLOONS : Villa Someros, Pakil, Laguna

Got the balloons at 10pesos each from the caterer nadin. It’s a combination of pink, lilac and white. We had a balloon arch sa entrance door and also sa stage na din. Naku para ngang wedding kasi sa stage naglagay pa sila ng 2 chairs with tables and matching balloon arch nga. Dun kami pinakain. Heheh! Yung table centerpiece ko, ginawa lang namin. I bought these balloons sa Divi. It’s a pink balloon with text na “It’s a girl!” and meron 2 white heart shaped balloons. I added nalang ribbons in it.

CAKE  : Goldilocks SM North EDSA

I had 2 cakes kaya ayun I had 2 cake tables. Ordered a Goldilocks cake in Manila and I also got a free 3 tier cake from the Caterer. Happy me!

GIVE-AWAYS : Teddy bears from Divisoria Mall

I bought this teddies also sa Divi at 35 each. I placed 4 teddies per table surrounding the base of the balloon centerpieces. I also put teddies sa mga cake tables to complete the bear themed party.

ENTERTAINMENT : Live Band from Villa Someros

Naku enjoy na enjoy ako dito kasi may Live Band kami. Syempre sing ang dance ang lola niyo! After the dancing and jamming with the band, nag videoke naman while drinking beer. Grabe enjoy to the max!

Got the Service Only  package. Kasi I plan na sa Manila ko ipa-edit. Wala kasi sa Pakil eh. The pictures naman I wanted na ipa-CD muna and then one of Janelle’s Ninong nagvolunteer mag-layout parang Digital Story Book. We started taking videos and photos nung naliligo palang si Janelle. Parang wedding nga kasi naka-robe si Janelle ng pink and syempre may photo session sa bed together with her things like yung mga clothes and shoes niya,candles etc. Parang preparation ng bride… hehe! Kulang nalang hair and make-up.

CANDLES : Rowena Rubis / 0918-8227

I ordered from Weng  20 candles for the God parents. It’s a white /pink combination with small pink teddy bear and ribbon embellishment . We also had a parents candle also with teddy bears and ribbon.

GUESTS : May pagkashowbiz ang aming christening kasi dumating naman si Nina Ricci Alagao. If you don’t remember her, she’s the Bb Pilipinas – Universe, the year after Miriam Quiambo. And she’s also in showbizness nadin. Kasama niya ang anak niya with Michael Flores, isang yaya and isang PA. Nakakahiya nga kasi siya pala ang nagdrive from Manila to Pakil. Naku it’s a 31/2 hours ride.

PROGRAM – We started the program with a prayer na supposedly bata ang mag-pre-pray kaso sinumpung kayo yung friend kong host ang nagdasal bigla ng wala sa oras. Sa reception, nagchange costume si Janelle ng pink dress niya kasi naka pink kami ni Mark, actually old rose kami. Kaya ganda naman tingnan siguro sa pix kasi color coding kami sa damit. Hehe!

Nag pa time capsule ako. I bought this big bottle from SM, then nagprint ako para sa message ng mga guest. Outside the envelope I write “Open / Read this when your’e ___ year/s old.” Naki cooperate naman sila kaya tawa kami ng tawa ni Mark when we read the messages pagdating ng bahay. Then we sealed the envelopes and the big bottles na pinaglagyan ng messages. Inside the bottles nga pala, we put na din yung mga envelopes na pinaglagyan ng pakimkim. I plan to cut outs todays headline, sana makakita pa ako ng newspaper dated March 28.

May AVP pa pala si Janelle na ako lang din ang nag-edit. Photo montage and konting video clips. May TV naman don kaya aliw naman sila. The first few photos  mga wedding pix namin, then may text ako ng “It tooks us 2 long years”, “And finally….” “The long wait is over…” Tapos mga preggy pix ko naman courtesy of Auey…..and then “Our precious one …Janelle Mariel” then puro pix na niya and video clips niya.
